Annual General Meeting 2026
The Annual General Meeting of Elma Electronic AG will take place on Thursday, April 23, 2026, 16.00 hrs. in the Hotel Swiss Star, Business Center, Grubenstrasse 5, 8620 Wetzikon, Switzerland. The invitation will be distributed to the shareholders on March 31.
The shareholders have the option to submit their proxy and voting instructions to the independent proxy, either in writing or electronically via the online platform of sharecomm ag (shareholder’s register). Details regarding the proxy and voting instructions will be explained in the invitation to the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
The share register will be closed from March 31 to April 24, 2026.
