The Elma Group performed well in the 2024 business year. In line with their growth strategy, Elma increased revenue to a record level. At the same time, profitability improved significantly. The Board of Directors will propose to the 2025 Annual General Meeting the dividend payment of CHF 2.00 per share.

- EBIT improved to CHF 11.7 mn, resp. to 6.6% EBIT margin (previous year: CHF 6.7 mn / 4.0%)
- Profit increased to CHF 8.5 mn (previous year: CHF 5.0 mn)
- Equity ratio grew to 52.8% (December 31, 2023: 48.6%)
- Net debts reduced to CHF 1.1 mn (previous year: CHF 14.0 mn)
- Order income of CHF 170.1 mn lower by 3.9% (previous year: CHF 177.0 mn), adjusted for currency effects: -2.9%
- Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting a dividend payment of CHF 2.00 per share (previous year: CHF 2.00 per share)
