SMARC (Smart Mobility ARChitecture) is a specification of the Standardization Group for Embedded Technologies e.V. (SGET) for Computer-on-Module (COM). SMARC modules are particularly suitable for very compact embedded systems with low energy requirements. They are usually based on ARM processors, but can also be equipped with other low-power architectures. The power requirement of the modules is typically well below 5 watts.

As with other standards for COM modules, the dimensions of the module, the location of the mounting holes, as well as the connection to the carrier board and the interfaces to be executed, including the pin assignment, are defined.
