The importance of program management for complex engagements cannot be overstated. Elma provides program oversight from initial project definition through final delivery. Project-level activity tracking is managed by a designated individual who serves as a communication hub for status updates. Using the latest in project management tools, the program manager has oversight of the entire design process and coordinates activities among interested parties in regularly scheduled calls or on sight visits as needed.
