Elma Adds Online Ordering of Standard Products for Enhanced Customer Experience

Elma Electronic Inc. now offers direct online purchasing of standard products, improving its customer buying experience.

FREMONT, Calif., May 2016 – Elma Electronic Inc. now offers direct online purchasing of standard products, improving its customer buying experience. All catalog items from the enclosures and components product lines are now available for pricing and to purchase online.

The new system enables easier access to product order information and pricing for existing customers, while facilitating the registration process for new customer account set up.  Registered users can access upfront pricing with customer and unit specific price breaks, quick ordering and PO capabilities. A Wish List is available to account holders, where buyers can place a list to be purchased later, such as when quotes are initially needed before an order can be placed.

With customer convenience in mind, Elma developed this e-commerce platform to deliver a better B2B ordering experience and facilitate purchasing of many standard products.  Elma will continue to provide customer support and product ordering via its existing sales channels for standard products as well as custom designs.
