ITAR Statement

As a U.S. company, Elma Electronic Inc. has been serving the needs of U.S. based defense customers since 1985. Operating in multiple locations across the U.S., our experienced staff of highly qualified design and support engineers coupled with a customer service driven sales force provide the only interface our customers need to support their programs from proof of concept through production and long-term support. As required by specific program needs, Elma Electronic Inc. also has entered into Technical Assistance Agreements (TAA) in order to share information with and provide additional program support from our European operations.

Elma Electronic Inc. understands the need to maintain ITAR discretion for our customer base. We take our customer’s security concerns seriously and have trained our employees in the ITAR procedures and provisions to handle sensitive information properly. These policies and procedures require maintenance of separate repository systems for all communications (electronic and hard copy).

These repositories are only accessible to authorized U.S. office personnel.
