Customer orientation is directed not only externally, but also internally. Each employee is in the process chain internal customer as well as internal supplier. An internal customer has to define and communicate his requirements clearly. The internal supplier ensures that the result of his service for the internal customer is faultless. Each supplier commits to improve his performance continuously.
