1 On September 25, 2000, a share option program for Senior Management was introduced. 20,000 restricted transfer registered shares
were set aside for issue against exercised options. Up to March 2, 2005, 19,765 options for such restricted shares had been issued. Each
option exercised is entitled to one share. In the year under review, 6,386 options were exercised.
