Application One of the world’s leading suppliers of measurement technology specifically designing hardware and software systems for data acquisition and monitoring was seeking an encoder solution with push button function for man-machine interfacing a measurement device. The product requirement was leading to a versatile low-profile THT-mounting standard solution with pre-defined indexing torque.
Elma Solution Elma was proposing a standard off-the-shelve device type E27 where the specifically asked indexing torque could be modified on.
Why did Elma win? With this solution Elma could ideally meet the customer’s request by providing a modified standard encoder in time. The success with this project is underlining Elma’s core competence providing outstanding service quality and flexibility also on smaller quantities.
