System Monitor OnlinePRO

The SysMon OnlinePro is a platform independent system monitor for monitoring internal system conditions including temperature, voltage, fan rotation or power supply. The system monitor uses a 16-bit microcontroller with integrated 12-bit A/D converter. It has also a built-in web page allowing the user to monitor the system operation from any place with Internet connectivity. For fans with PWM regulation only!

The NAMC-EXT is a passive extender module, supporting all fabric connectors as defined in the AMC.x and MicroTCA specifications. The NAMC-EXT fits into an AMC slot like a regular AMC module. It extends the AMC card outside the card cage area, so that it can be tested or de-bugged.

VXI Test Extender

The VXI extender boards are designed to bring a circuit card completely out of a card cage or enclosure so that it can be tested or debugged. This provides access to both sides of the test board. There are test points for all of the lines on each 96-pin connector. Each signal, power, and ground line can be individually isolated with the DIP switches. The VXI extender board accommodates use in a 6U x 340mm chassis.
VME 200mm/400mm Test Extender

The VME extender boards are designed to bring a circuit card completely out of a card cage or enclosure so that it can be tested or debugged. This provides access to both sides of the test board. There are test points for all of the lines on each 96-pin connector. Each signal, power, and ground line can be individually isolated with the DIP switches. The VME extender board accommodates use in 3U x 220mm to 12U x 400mm chassis.
CPCI Test Extender

Elma Bustronic CompactPCI test extenders have been designed to comply with the mechanical and signal connection requirements of PICMG Rev 3.0 The cPCI extender boards are designed to bring a circuit card completely out of a card cage or enclosure so that it can be tested or debugged. This provides access to both sides of the test board. There are test points for all of the lines on each 2mm HM connector in P1-P5.

VME64x Test Extender

Elma Bustronic VME64x test extenders have been designed to comply with the mechanical and signal connection requirements of the ANSI/VITA 1.1 – 1997 VME extensions standard. The VME64x extender boards are designed to bring a circuit card completely out of a card cage or enclosure so that it can be tested or debugged. This provides access to both sides of the test board. There are test points for all of the lines on each 160-pin connector.
VME Form Factor Extender

The Elma Bustronic form factor extender allows you to adapt boards of different depths for use in the same VMEbus system. For example, a 160mm VME board fitted with a 180mm form factor extender will plug into a system designed for 340mm deep boards. The extension boards maintain the correct depth dimensions and allow the front panel to be aligned. The boards are available in two versions, one for Jl (3U) and the other for Jl + J2 (6U).
VME64x Form Factor Extender

Elma Bustronic VME64x form factor extenders are designed to comply with the mechanical and signal connection requirements of the ANSI/VITA 1.1, 1997 VME extensions standard. We provide all the standard features required for VME64x compatibility: 160-pin VME extension connectors in J1 and J2, all defined ground pins are connected to a ground plane, routing and termination of all VME and VME64x bussed signal lines are per the specification, and distribution of +5V, +3.3V, ±12V, ±V1, ±V2, and VPC.
VME/VME64x Load Board

The Elma Bustronic VME/VME64x load board is designed to be compliant with ANSI/VITA mechanical and electrical connection standards. Developed to enhance testing of VME systems, the load board aids the system designer in assuring adequate chassis cooling and verifying that the VME chassis is capable of meeting the power requirements of the system (or VITA specs).
CPCI Load Board

The CompactPCI Load Board from Elma Bustronic is designed to be compliant with PICMG mechanical and electrical standards. Predominantly used by chassis manufacturers and system developers, the 6U cPCI Load Board provides significant time and expense savings by assuring a system's operating specifications. The load board functions to test a system's cooling capabilities by first applying the load to the power supply for verification.
ATCA Test Extender

The ATCA extender board extends both the power and IPMB (Intelligent Platform Management Bus) signals. With a 10-layer stripline design, the extender is designed for the full populated fabric slot (5 ZD connectors, P20 thru P24) and the power connector J10. The Zone 3 section is served by a blind board assembled to Zone 1+2 through the frame. The flexible design of the Zone 3 area allows for customization with minimum costs, by simply only changing the blind board the required configuration.
VXS Test Extender

Elma Bustronic used creative engineering to solve a major problem in developing the VXS Extender Board - the lack of a right angle receptacle for VXS in the marketplace. So, the company produced a rigid-flex-rigid PCB design to get around the problem. The solution entails a right angle pin connector that plugs into the backplane, connected to a flex circuit that wires to the straight receptacle to receive the plug-in board.
Power Interface Boards

The Power Interface Boards are separate boards for the power section of the backplane. They are used to facilitate pluggable power supplies, headers, and utility connectors. Elma’s standard backplane lines utilize power taps and power studs, which are wired to the power supplies. With the PIBs, customers will be able to choose between Elma’s standard power interface and pluggable modules.

The DV3200 is an ultra low cost multi-lane Gbps serial test module that achieves unprecedented density and performance. The VPX test card vastly reduces the time, effort, and hardware investment needed to perform line card and backplane characterization of high-speed serial signals.
Air Blocker / Filler Boards

Made of rigid construction, our air baffle/filler boards act as an effective barrier while maintaining the integrity of the enclosure’s airflow system. This allows the airflow to be contained and redirected for more effective cooling where unused slots exist.
MicroTCA SerDes Test Module

The adoption of serial link technology in MicroTCA poses significant debug, characterization, and test challenges. The DMT1600 is an ultra low cost multi-lane Gbps serial test module that achieves unprecedented density and performance. With the DMT1600, you do not need to purchase equipment such as oscilloscopes, pattern generators, jitter analyzers, BERTs, clock generators, and analog function generators. The module allows the user to characterize the PCIe and SATA ports quickly and efficiently.
VPX Test Extender

The VPX extender boards are designed to bring a circuit card completely out of a card cage or enclosure so that it can be tested or debugged. This provides access to both sides of the test board. There are test points for all of the differential pairs on the MultiGig fabric connector for the hub slots.
VPX Load Board

The Elma VPX load board is designed to be compliant with ANSI/VITA mechanical and electrical connection standards. Developed to enhance testing of VME systems, the load board aids the system designer in assuring adequate chassis cooling and verifying that the VME chassis is capable of meeting the power requirements of the system (or VITA specs).
